According to President Trump's physician, Dr Sean Conley the main drug he is receiving is a two-antibody combination drugs that is currently in the late- stage studies from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals which is given as a one-time treatment through intravenous route ( IV). The details given by his physician suggests that the antibody medication is being given ''as a precautionary measure'', so he his taking it along side the following adjunct therapy;
✔Tablet zinc
✔Tablet vitamin D
✔Melatonin (Exogenous hormonal supplement)
✔Aspirin
✔Famotidine (an antacid)
It is also important to note that none of these medications have been approved to be effective against COVID-19 by WHO, so physicians basically manage symptoms as they present in COVID-19 patients. He is apparently not receiving hydroxychloroquine, a drug which was widely promoted despite having been shown in many studies to be ineffective for preventing or treating Covid-19.
